We take care of minor repairs and routine maintenance to keep your property in excellent condition. If any major repairs arise (e.g., boiler or structural issues), we’ll consult with you and follow the terms outlined in our agreement.
5. Do I still need to pay letting agent fees?

Absolutely. We only accept professional and verified guests. The property is cleaned and inspected regularly, and our team is always on hand to handle any issues immediately.
